摘 要:在市政桥梁建设中,盖梁穿心钢棒法和满堂支架法是采用较多的施工方案。为研究这两种施工方案的经济效益、施工效率及适用性,以新疆喀什地区的阿瓦提路小亚郎大桥为工程背景进行分析。首先采用有限元软件MIDAS/Civil对这两种结构体系的合理性进行验算,保证结构在受力上满足要求,经济上可行;进而对这两种方案在实际施工中所产生的费用、施工效率等数据作统计对比。研究结果表明:盖梁穿心钢棒方案相比满堂支架方案具有较强的适用性,不仅可显著缩短施工工期,且具有良好的经济效益。本文所采用的分析方法和研究结论对市政桥梁盖梁支架的设计与施工具有借鉴意义。The bent cap cross-core steel bar method and full support method are the most commonly usea methods in the municipal bridge construction. In order to study the economic efficiency, construction productivity and applicability of these two construction schemes,this paper took the Xiaoyalang Bridge on the Awati road in Kashgar Prefecture as the engineering background. Firstly, the rationality of these two structural systems is checked by using the finite element software MIDAS/civil to ensure the requirement of the mechanics and economic rationality. Subsequently, the data such as the cost and construction productivity of these two schemes in the actual construction process are statistically compared. The results showed that the bent cap cross-core steel bar method is more applicable than the full support method, which can shorten the construction time with a great economic efficiency. The analytical method and the study conclusion presented in this paper could provide a good reference for the design and construction of the bent cap support in municipal bridge.
