摘　　要：目的通过研究成人OSAHS外科治疗后严重并发症病例,为成人OSAHS患者选择适合的手术治疗方案和采取必要的围手术期管理提供理论依据,减少严重并发症发生率。方法研究省内自2007-2011年间15家三甲医院成人OSAHS术后21例严重并发症的特点与规律,分析并发症分布情况以及总结主要经验教训。结果 21例严重并发症中,8例为气道梗阻,12例为出血,1例误呛。结论虽然手术在近年来国内各大医院广泛开展,但成人OSAHS手术,尤其是重度OSAHS的手术治疗,仍然是一高风险的手术,围手术期气道梗阻及大出血是最常见严重并发症,围手术期CPAP治疗、有效止血,保留鼻咽通气道、预防感染等措施,是防治严重并发症的关键。Objective To research the cases of severe complications after surgical treatment of OSAHS in adults, It pro-vides the necessary theoretical basis to adult patients with OSAHS that are selected the programmes of the appropriate surgical treat-ment and taked the necessary peri-operative management, reducing the incidence of severe complications. Methods To research the characteristics and rules of 21 cases of severe complications during 2007 to 2011 in 15 Grade III Class A hospital of Si Chuan Province. ,analyze the distribution of the complications and summarize major lessons learned. Results In 21 cases of severe compli-cations, including 8 cases of airway obstruction, 12 cases of bleeding and 1 case of the false choke. Conclusion Major hospitals in domestic have carried out the OSAHS surgeries in recent years, but OSAHS operation in adult, especially the surgical treatment of severe OSAHS, remained a high risk surgery. Airway obstruction and bleeding in peri-operation period are common severe complica-tions. The measures, such as peri-operative CPAP therapy, an effective hemostatic, retaining the nasopharyngeal airway and infec-tion prevention and so on, are key to the prevention of severe complications.
