摘　　要：文章介绍了底吹透气砖在线热更换设备的组成、主要功能及在包钢150 t转炉生产中的应用情况。通过对底吹系统进行改造,实现热更换功能后,降低了终渣w(TFe),降低了终点碳、氧积,钢铁料、合金消耗降低等,保证了全炉役底吹效果,取得了很好的经济效益。In the paper, the constitution, main functions of on -line beat replacement equipment for air bricks with bot- tom blowing and its applications in productions of 150 t converter in Baotou Steel are introduced. The w （TFe） in final slags, carbon - oxygen equilibrium at end point, consumptions of steel materials and alloys are all reduced by reforming the bottom blowing system to realize heat replacement so as to guarantee the effects of bottom blowing for the whole furnace and obtain very good economic benefits.
