摘　　要：文章从监控系统用户的需求与功能分析入手,介绍了自动监控系统所采用的硬件、编程软件和监控软件,以及下位机PLC控制系统和上位机监控系统的构成,阐述了WinCC与PLC之间数据通讯与在线监测的原理和方法。In the paper, the hardware, programming software and monitoring software adopted by automatic monitoring system as well as the compositions of control system for slave computer PLC and monitoring system for upper computer are introduced by analyzing the requirements and functions of users of monitoring system. Moreover, the data communication be- tween WinCC and PLC as well as the principles and methods of on -line monitoring are elaborated.
