摘 要:根据晶闸管门极特性曲线和开关装置主回路特性,计算出触发脉冲幅值、频率、上升时间等关键参数;设计隔离驱动电路,对脉冲结束时变压器初、次级电路进行分析,给出了初、次级等效电路模型和触发电路参数的选取公式。实验验证表明:利用该触发电路可对脉冲功率开关在-40℃~100℃的宽温度范围内实现可靠触发,得到脉宽为30肛s、脉冲前沿小于3弘s、项降小于3%的脉冲波形,该实验结果和理论分析基本一致。In order to ensure that the switching device of thyristors can operate reliably,a high steady driver circuit with strong anti-interference ability must be used especially under complex and strong e- lectromagnetic circumstances. The key parameters such as pulse amplitude, frequency and rising time are worked out according to the characteristics of the gate curve and main switching device circuit. And the isolated driver circuit is designed. The primary and secondary equivalent circuits of the trans-former at the end of pulse function are analyzed in detail. The simulation leads to the expressions of selecting driver circuit parameters. Finally,the driver circuit is used to trigger the switching device in the environment temperature range of -40℃ to 100℃ so as to acquire a gate pulse with a rise width of about 3 μs,a full width of about 30μs and a top drop of about 3%. The experiment result agrees basically with the theoretical analysis.
