摘 要:针对概率结构可靠性理论过于依赖结构参数变量的统计信息数据,及结构安全余量方程对概率结构参数变量过于敏感的问题,提出了用非概率理论分析强度退化结构可靠性的方法,并建立了相应的数学模型。该方法的创新性在于将非概率理论的最新研究成果与强度退化结构可靠性理论相结合,在结构参数变量分布函数未知的情况下仍能客观合理地分析在静载荷和疲劳载荷共同作用下的强度退化结构可靠性。通过算例表明,与传统方法相比本文方法更符合工程实际情况,为在静载荷和疲劳载荷共同作用下的结构可靠性分析提供了一个合理的方法。According to the problem that the probability-based structural reliability theory is extreme- ly dependent on statistical data of structural parameters and the problem of the structural safety margin e- quation is sensitive to the probability of structural parameters, the method for strength degradation struc- tural reliability analysis is proposed based on non-probabilistic theory, and the corresponding mathemati- cal model is established. The innovation is the combination of the latest research results of non-probabilis- tic theory and strength degradation structural reliability. So, it can be analyzed that the reliability of a strength degradation structure under static load and fatigue load with the distribution functions of the struc- tural parameters unknown. By practical calculation example, it is proved that this method is more suitable to practical engineering comparing with traditional methods. This provides a new research approach to reli- ability analysis of the structure under static load and fatigue load simultaneously.
