摘  要:该文对用水萃取乙酸乙酯溶液中乙酸的实验设计进行了详细的研究.该实验分层快、易操作,且经济、环保,作为训练学生的基本操作技能是可行的,但该实验设计存在一定的缺陷.实验结果表明,该实验设计会造成乙酸的萃取率偏高,同时在一定温度下,乙酸在乙酸乙酯与水中的分配系数逐渐降低,且变化幅度较大。In the paper the experimental design titled "Extracting Acetic Acid in the Ethyl Acetate via Water" as a solution was studied in detail. Although the experiment had such advantages as fast layering, easy operation, environment-protecting economy and feasibility as a basic skill to train students, there were some defects in its design. Experimental results showed that the experimental design would result in a higher rate of extraction of acetic acid, and that at a certain temperature, the partition coefficient of acetic acid in ethyl acetate and water was gradually reduced, and the magnitude of change was larger.
