摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒,将其作为模拟酶建立了一种快速测定痕量过氧化氢的紫外可见分光光度法。该实验将透射电子显微镜等大型分析仪器引入实验中对实验产物进行表征,让学生直观地了解纳米材料的形貌与结构。实验结果表明,该法具有操作简便、快速、准确度高的特点,将该法用于实际样品中H2O2的测定,结果令人满意。该综合实验适用于化学类和环境类专业的实验教学,可以极大地拓宽学生的视野,培养和提高学生的综合实验能力和科研创新能力。Magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized by using the co- precipitation method, which was used as a mimetic peroxidase to develop a UV-Vis spectrophotometry for the rapid determi- nation of H2O2. Modem instruments such as transmission electron microscope (TEM) were introduced into the experiment. Analysis of the products' morphology and phase made students know more about what they fabricated. The experimental results indicated that a simple, rapid, sensitive and reliable method was developed, and the new method could be satisfactorily applied to analyze different practical samples. The comprehensive experiment is suitable to experimental teaching for the students majored in environment and chemistry. And it also greatly broadens students" horizons, cultivate and improve the students" comprehensive experimental ability and the ability of research and innovation.
