摘　　要：以校园河水作为实验样品,在环境专业本科生中开展河水总大肠菌群的检验,通过配制培养基、初发酵、确定性实验、复发酵等多个环节的训练,巩固了学生环境微生物学基础理论知识,增强了学生的实验操作技能。同时实验内容与实际环境问题的相互结合,加深了学生对总大肠菌群检验方法的认识与理解,激发了学生学习的热情与好奇心,促进了学生创新思维和创新能力的培养和提高。The detections of coliform bacteria in the river water on the campus of Tongji University were carried out by the undergraduates of environmental specialty with the river water being used as the experimental sample. After the training of preparing medium, the primary fermentation, the experiment for certainty and the second fermentation, the students＇ environmental microbial basis of theoretical knowledge was consolidated and their experimental skills were enhanced. Through the combination of the experiment with environmental problems, the students＇ understanding of the detection method of coliform bacteria was deepened, their enthusiasm in learning as well as interests was stimulated and their innovative thinking and creative ability were promoted.
