摘　　要：实践教学是高等教育体系的重要组成部分,是培养实践动手能力和创新精神的重要环节。针对动物科学专业应用型人才培养存在的问题,围绕新型人才培养目标,从实践教学体系、专业建设与学科建设的衔接、科研资源的转化、专业教材建设、人才培养、制度建设等方面提出了一些具体的改革措施,取得了明显的效果。Practical teaching which can develop practical ability and creative spirits is one of the most important parts of the higher education system. In this paper, according to problems in personnel train- ing of animal science and new talent training objectives, a number of specific reform measures were taken such as the practical teaching system forming, the connection of professional development and discipline construction, transformation of research resources, professional teaching building, talents training, institution building, etc, the prominent achivements has been made.
