建设特色鲜明的院系仪器平台的实践与探索

摘　　要：仪器平台要为教学和科研工作提供良好的服务,基于院系仪器平台的特点,南开大学药学院摸索了一条特色鲜明的建设、管理和使用模式。从院系仪器平台的定位、建设;仪器的分类管理;以培养学生为目的,加强培训、监督、管理的方法;加强师资队伍的建设;加强协同创新,提高仪器平台的创新能力等多角度的展示了药学院仪器平台建设的特点和优势。给兄弟院系或兄弟院校建设类似的仪器平台提供了借鉴和参考。该仪器平台的建设有力地推动了学院、学校教学科研工作的开展,对新校区仪器平台的建设做出了规划和展望。The platform of instruments should give the wonderful service for teaching and scientific re- search. Based on the characteristics of school-level platform of sharing instruments, a unique model of construction, management and resources sharing was adopted by the college of pharmacy in Nankai u- niversity. The pharmacy＇s platform of instruments has many helpful characteristics and obvious advan- tages. Such as, the construction target of the college＇s platform of instruments, the strength of cultiva- ting, monitoring and managing based on the cultivating college students, the strength of culturing teachers and the strength of innovation ability of the sharing platform. This new model is valuable for the construction of similar platform in other college or university. The new model promoted the develop- ment of teaching and scientific research in the pharmacy college and the whole university and it will play a more significant role in the new campus in the future.
