经尿道前列腺电切除术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的深入研究经尿道前列腺点切除术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床方法以及其疗效。方法回顾性分析在2010年4月-2012年4月期间在该院进行治疗的80例良性前列腺增生症患者，其中患者均不适宜进行开放性手术并伴有其他疾病，因此进行经尿道前列腺电切除术（TURP），并对患者在手术的前后均进行国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS），尿流率峰值（Qmax）以及生活质量评分（QOL】，并深入观察治疗效果。结果在80例患者中，6例患者发生TURS，3例患者并发暂时性尿失禁，1例患者并发尿路感染，2例患者尿路较为狭窄，1例患者并发尿道出血，其他的67例患者均无并发症出现。对于该组的80例患者进行1-2年随访，所有患者的各项观测指标明显好转，其临床症状也明显改善，效果良好。结论通过经尿道前列腺电切除术治疗良性前列腺增生症能够得到良好的疗效，并且治疗后并发症较少，安全性较高，住院时间较短，进一步提高患者的生活质量，值得在基层医院中推广这种治疗方式。Objective To further study the clinical methods of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and its curative effect. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients admitted in our hospital from April, 2010 to April, 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients underwent the transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） because they were not suitable for open operation and accompanied by other diseases. The International Prostate Symptom Score （IPSS）, peak urinary flow rate （Qmax） and life quality score （QOL） of the patients were evaluated before and after the treatment and the therapeutic effect was further observed. Results Of the 80 cases of patients, TURS occurred in 6 patients, 3 patients complicated with temporary incontinence, 1 case complicated with urinary tract infection, 2 cases of patients with narrow urinary tract, 1 case complicated with urethral bleeding, the other 67 cases had no complications. The 80 patients in this group were followed up for 1-2 years, all the observed indexes and clinical symptoms of the patients improved significantly with good results. Conclusion For the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia, transurethral resection of the prostate is quite effective with fewer complications, higher security, shorter hospitalization, which can further improve the quality of life of the patients, and is worthy to be popularized in basic hospital.
