摘 要:智能电子污区分布图系统以GIS系统为基础,通过模块化的规则库设置,对污染源、污湿特性、运行经验和现场污秽度四大因素进行定性和定量分析,形成污区分布图成图规则库,借助污秽等级冲突调整、边界缓冲处理、综合因素叠加等手段实现成图算法,绘制出云南电网电子污区分布图。基于电子污区分布图平台开发了输变电设备外绝缘配置辅助分析功能,可实现新建线路外绝缘绝缘配置建议,电网当前防污状况评估等辅助决策功能,让电子污区分布图的应用融合到输变电设备规划、设计和运行各个阶段。Based on geographical information systems, the pollution source, pollution-humidity characteristics, operating experience and site pollution severity which are the most important elements for pollution area division, are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed in this passage, then mapping rule base is formed. Based on this, Yunnan power grid pollution areas map has been drawn by the methods of mapping algorithm such as pollution severity class conflict adjustment, boundary buffering. Decision support system for transmission and transforming equipment external insulation optimal configuration is also researched in this passage. External insulation configuration suggestion for new construction transmission line and electrical equipment pollution prevention status evaluation can be achieved on electronic pOollution distribution mapping system.
