摘　　要：著名瑶族作家红日的首部长篇小说《述职报告》多角度地反映当今基层官场状况、干群关系和百姓民生等社会焦点问题,塑造"另类"基层官员形象,挖掘复杂人性,体现出鲜明的时代特征、浓重的地域文化色彩、精彩的故事情节和机灵智慧的叙事策略有机结合的艺术风格。Work Report is the first novel of famous Yao writer Hongri. This novel, from multi angles, re-flects the status of today＇s grass - roots officialdom, the relationship between cadres the masses, ana iocus Issues ,t people＇ s livelihood. It shapes an ＂ alternative＂ grassroots officer image, digs complex human nature. The novel＇ s unique artistic style is displayed by distinct characteristics of the times, strong regional culture, and the organic combination of wonderful story lines and clever narrative strategy.
