摘　　要：目的探讨经口内镜下环形肌切开术(peroral endoscopic myotomy,POEM)治疗贲门失弛缓症的疗效及风险。方法对2例结合临床症状、胃镜检查及上消化道造影检查确诊为贲门失弛缓患者行POEM术,观察术中、术后情况并处理并发症,术后1个月、3个月、6个月随访患者临床症状,评估治疗效果及不良反应。结果 2例行POEM术均顺利完成,6个月内随访效果满意,术中、术后未出现严重并发症。结论 POEM可能成为治疗贲门失弛缓症的一种有效且相对安全的重要手段。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of peroral endoscopic myotomy（POEM） in the treatment of achalasia. Methods Two patients diagnosed with achalasia by combined clinical symptoms, gastroscopy, and upper gastrointestinal radiography examination were performed with POEM. Perioperative and postoperative circumstance of patients were observed, and complications were treated. Patients＇clinical symptoms were followed up at 1 month,3 months, and 6 months after operation to assess therapeutic effect and side effects. Results Both patients underwent POEM smoothly with a satisfied foUow-up effect at 6 months after operation. No serious perioperative or postoperative complication was observed. Conclusion POEM may become an effective and relatively safe important means of treating achalasia.
