宫腔镜辅助下经腹腔镜切除剖宫产子宫切口憩室5例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨官腔镜辅助下经腹腔镜切除剖宫产子宫切口憩室手术的疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析5例剖宫产子宫切口憩室患者行官腔镜辅助下经腹腔镜切除剖宫产子宫切口憩室手术的手术时间、手术出血量、住院天数及术后复查憩室情况、术后月经恢复正常时间。结果5例剖宫产子宫切口憩室患者手术均在宫腹腔镜下完成，无中转开腹病例，无手术并发症。手术时间72-123min，手术出血量50～100mL，住院天数5～7d，术后3个月复查三维阴超均提示子宫憩室消失，术后2月内月经经期天数均恢复至正常。结论官腔镜辅助下经腹腔镜切除剖宫产子宫切口憩室手术安全有效。Objective To explore the effect and safety of hysteroscopy assisted laparoscopy in treating cesarean scar diverticulum. Methods Clinical data of 5 cases of uterine scar diverticulum treated by hysteroscopy assisted laparoscopy, such as operation time, blood loss, hospitalization days , the recovery of diverticulum and menstruation were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were no operative complication, and none of the patients required laparotomy. The operation time was 72 - 123 rain, the blood loss was 50 - 100 ml, and the hospitalization day was 5 - 7 days. The diverticulum was showed healed by three- dimensional ultrasound examination 3 months after operation, and menstruation was normal within 2 months in all 5 patients. Conclusion Hysteroscopy assisted laparoscopy is effective and safe in treating cesarean scar diverticulum.
