健康教育及综合护理对冠心病心绞痛的康复研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨健康教育及综合护理对冠心病心绞痛的康复疗效。方法：所选冠心病心绞痛患者188例，随机分为治疗组95例，对照组93例。治疗组与对照组在临床治疗及一般护理常规的基础上，治疗组进行健康教育及综合护理干预：进行心理护理、生活指导、心身放松训练及舒适护理等措施。结果：两组心绞痛疗效比较：治疗组显效率为52．63％，总有效率82．10％；对照组显效率为40．86％，总有效率65．59％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组心电图疗效比较：治疗组显效率为54．17％，总有效率86．67％：对照组显效率为37．63％，总有效率65．59％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：健康教育及综合护理对冠心病心绞痛患者可取得显著的康复效果。Objective： To study the rehabilitation effect of health education and nursing on coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods ： the sdected patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in lgg cases, were randomly divided into the treatment group of 95 cases, 93 cases in the control group. The treatment group and the control group in the clinical treatment and general nursing on conven- tional treatment group, the health education and the integrated nursing intervention： the psychological nursing, life guidance, relaxation train- ing and comfortable nursing measures. Results： the efficacy of angina pectoris in two groups： the treatment group was 52.63%, the total effi- ciency of 82.10% ; control group, markedly effective rate was 40.86%, the total efficiency of 65.59%, there were significant difference be- tween two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Comparison of the efficacy of ECG of two groups ： the treatment group was 54.17%, the total efficiency of 86. 67%; control group, markedly effective rate was 37.63%, the total efficiency of 65.59%, there were significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： health education and comprehensive care of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can obtain obvious effect of rehabilitation.
