摘　　要：本文阐述了开展大学生能力素质培养研究的必要性,剖析了大学生能力素质的内涵和构成,提出了大学生能力素质的"三能"生成机制,从优化课程教学、强化实践实习、建设多样高校社团等方面探究了大学生能力素质培养的途径。The necessity about cultivating the competence of un-dergraduates is set forth, the connotation and composition of the competence of undergraduates are taken apart, the formation mechanism of the three abilities is brought forward, and the ap-proaches of cultivating the competence of undergraduates are ex-plored from the parts of optimizing the curriculum teaching, con-solidating the practice activities and enriching the universities＆#39; associations.
