高等农业院校产学研结合教育的发展途径

摘　　要：高等农业院校产学研结合教育是培养人才、发展科学研究、实现成果转化的重要途径。通过探讨我国农业高等院校产学研结合教育发展的有效途径,明确了以科研项目作为产学研结合教育的基础、科研基地作为产学研教育发展的平台、农业科技园作为成果转化基地与人才培养摇篮的模式。将教学、研究、生产有机地结合,形成一种独特的教育方式,旨在推动教学改革与成果的转化,实现高素质复合型人才的培养。The production-study-research integrated education in agricultural colleges and universities is an important way of culti-vating talents, developing scientific research and actualizing re-sult transformation. Through exploring the effective approaches of production-study-research integrated education development in China＆#39;s agricultural colleges and universities, this paper deter-mined the model with scientific research projects as the basis, scientific research bases as the platform, and agricultural sci-tech parks as the base of result transformation and the cradle for talent cultivation. To integrate teaching, research and produc-tion to form a unique education style is aimed to impel the teach-ing reform and result transformation and actualize the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents.
