摘　　要：目的 :探讨关节镜下清理术对膝关节骨关节炎的诊断价值及治疗效果。方法 :作者自 1995年 5月至 1999年 5月采用关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者 5 6例 (70膝 ) ,随访 6月～ 4年。结果 :本组病人 5 6例 (70膝 ) ,经关节镜检查均证实有关骨节炎存在 ,而术前X线片有关节破坏的仅 36膝 ,符合率为 5 1.4%。本组病人术后疼痛明显减轻 ,2～ 3周即下床活动 ,随访 1年优良率 91% ,2年以后优良率 6 7.8%。结论 :关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节炎可以有效缓解病人的疼痛 ,可以早期恢复关节的功能 ,延迟骨关节炎的病程 。Objective: To investigate the diagnostic superiorty and remedial results of arthroscopic debridement for osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods 56 cases(70 knees)of osteoarthritis of the knee were treated with arthroscopic debridement from May 1995 to May 1999.The follow-up duration was from six months to four years.Results Osteoarthritis of the knees were confirmed in all the cases (70 knees) in arthroscopy,while only in 36 knees articular damages in X-ray film were investigated with the coincidence rate of 51.4%.The pain of knee after operation was decreased and exercises were encouraged in 2 to 3 weeks.The rate of the fine in follow-up of one year was 91%;in follow-up of two years was 67.8%.Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement may efficiently remit patient's pain,restore the articular function,delay the course of osteoarthritis of the knee and increase the accuracy of diagnosis.
