摘　　要：目的　将内窥镜微创技术用于面部提紧术中 ,以期达到创伤小、恢复快、效果好的美容外科之理想境界。方法　术中应用硬质 30°内镜及配套的手术器械 ,进行剥离、肌肉切断或切除、止血、悬吊固定。结果　本组行额颞面部除皱术 6 2例 ,术后近远期效果优良者居多数 (90 .4% ) ,面神经损伤 5例 (8% )。结论　内窥镜用于额颞部除皱术 ,近远期效果明显优于传统标准技术 ;用于面部除皱术的效果差于标准的SMAS -颈阔肌技术的术后效果。Objective Endoscopic technique is used in face lift with mini-invasion rapid recovery and wonderful result in aesthetic surgery. Methods 30° hard endoscope and operative instrument set were used in order as: stripping, muscle cutting or resection, hemostasis, suspension and fixation. Results 62 cases of this group were fronto-temporo-facial rhytidectomy. Short and long term results were both good in majority of cases(90.4 percent). Facial nerve injury occured in 5 cases(8 percent). Conclusion The result of frontotemporal rhytidectomy with endoscope is superior than traditional standard technique, but in case of facial rhytidectomy the result is worse than standard SMAS-platysma technique.
