摘　　要：本文首先从政府投资项目稽察制度、内容及作用进行分析,通过失败学建立了政府投资项目主要影响因素体系,并通过近年来稽察过程发现的政府投资项目问题建立稽察问题库,为政府投资项目管理提供借鉴作用,最后论述了稽察制度在失败预警中的应用。This paper analyzes the inspection system, content and effect of government investment project, establishes the main factors system through failure science, and builds inspection question bank through the problems of inspection process in recent years, provides reference for the government investment project management, and finally discusses the application of inspection system in failure forewarning.
