摘　　要："职工之家"建家的理念核心,就是要以人为本,建家为民,建家有特色。把促进学校发展落实在职工的工作中,落实在教师的教育事业上。本文从职工之家的提出、目标和基本要求、职工之家建设的内容入手,提出现当前建家过程中存在的问题,提出建好"职工之家"努力的方向。The core idea of ＂staff home＂ construction is people-oriented, people＇s benefit, and characteristics. The development of the college should be promoted by staff work and teacher＇s education work. This article puts forward the problems in the construction of staff home from the proposing of the idea, goal basic requirement and content of staff home construction, and points out the direction for the construction of ＂staff home＂.
