摘　　要：基于对近代以来中国建筑三个不同历史时期典型个案的分析,阐明建造模式作为建筑设计先决条件的意义;进而以近百年中国工程建造模式的发展变化为线索,检讨当前建筑活动在建造模式方面存在的具体问题及未来的可能走向。Based on the analysis of three typical cases of Chinese architecture in different historical periods since the modern times,this paper tries to clarify the meaning of building mode as preconditions for architectural design.It further reviews the concrete problems of current construction activity and possible future trends in building mode,according to the developments and changes of building mode in the last century in China.
