摘 要:目的:探讨连续射频治疗腰源性膝关节疼痛的临床疗效。方法:30例患者自上腰椎棘突患侧行背根神经节阻滞有效后,次日连续射频治疗患侧椎小关节内侧缘,观察治疗即刻、治疗后2个月及6个月的VAS疼痛评分。结果:治愈率为93%,总有效率为100%;治疗后VAS评分均高于治疗前(P〈0.05),但治疗后比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:连续射频治疗腰源性膝关节疼痛疗效明显。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of continuous radiofrequency treating knee pain rooted in lumbar. Methods: 30 cases of pa- tients were treated with continuous radiofrequency on the inside edge of sick vertebral small joints the next day, after dorsal root ganglion blocking on upper sick lumbar spinous process effectively, VAS pain score during treatment, after treatment of 2 and 6 months were observed. Results: The cure rate was 93%, and total effective rate was 100%; VAS score after treatment were both higher than those before treatment (P〈0.05), but without significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Continuous radiofrequency treating knee pain rooted in lumbar is obviously effective.
