摘　　要：痹病是一种临床常见病，现代医学中的自身免疫性疾病、骨关节疾病均属于痹病，其发病率高、病程长、致残率高，属于疑难性疾病。本文从《金匮要略》中的“治未病”思想入手，结合痹病的病因病机，探讨《金匮要略》“治未病”思想在痹病康复治疗中的运用，为发挥中医优势，降低痹病的发病率、致残率，提高患者生活质量提供理论指导。Bi-syndrome is a common disease in clinic, autoimmune diseases and bone joint diseases in modem medicine are part of Bi-syndrome. It＇ s a difficult disease which has high morbidity, high disability and long course of disease. From the spirit of ＂prevention of diseases＂ in ＂Synopsis of Golden Chamber＂, this article would discuss the application of ＂prevention of diseases＂ in treatment of Bi-syndrome, to develop the advantages of TCM nursing, thereby reduce the incidence and recurrence of Bi-syndrome, and improve the quality of life of patients.
