摘　　要：本文基于针灸基础理论，从结筋点形成机理、其针刺治疗机制及靶点等探讨针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的作用，为临床治疗提供参考。This paper based on basic acupuncture theory explores the effects of acupuncture treating knee osteoarthritis, from the views of formation and acupuncture therapy mechanism and target of Jiejin point, to provide reference for clinical treatment.
