成膜性中药乳头药浴液对奶牛隐性乳房炎的影响

摘　　要：奶牛乳头药浴是预防隐性乳房炎的有效措施之一。天津市畜牧兽医研究所研制的成膜性中药乳头药浴液主要成分为抗菌中药和成膜材料,用于奶牛挤奶后乳头药浴,对奶牛乳房炎常见病原菌金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、酵母类真菌等具有良好的抑制和杀灭作用,同时兼有薄膜的屏障作用,可阻止病原微生物从乳头侵入乳腺组织。分别采用LMT检测和乳汁体细胞数作为隐性乳房炎诊断指标,探讨成膜性中药乳头药浴液对奶牛隐性乳房炎的影响。结果表明,成膜性中乳头药浴液可减少隐性乳房炎阳性率和阳性强度,降低乳汁体细胞数,提高产奶量。试验组比对照组隐性乳房炎发病率降低32.4%(P<0.001),产奶量提高6.72 kg/(d·头)(35.1%,P<0.05)。Cow's nipple-medicated bath is one of the effective measures to prevent subclinical mastitis. Film-forming herbal preparation for nipple dipping prepared by Tianjin Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine contains antibacterial Chinese-medicine and film materials. It can inhibit the activity of Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae and Yeasts in cow mastitis. It can also build a physical block to prevent pathogenic microorganisms invade the breast tissue from the nipple. In this study, LMT detection and milk somatic cell counts were used as the diagnostic indicator to investigate the effect of film-forming herbal preparations for nipple dipping on subclinical mastitis of cows. The results showed that this preparation could reduce the subclinical mastitis positive rate and strength, lower the milk somatic cell counts, and increase the milk production. Compared with the control group, the trial group could reduce the incidence of subclinical mastitis by 32.4%(P <0.001) and improve the milk production to 6.72kg/d ·H(35.1%, P<0.05).
