摘 要:通过计算和水力学试验对喷吹法和KR法水模型的搅拌能和混匀时间进行了对比研究,得出了搅拌能和混匀时间之间的数学表达式。结果表明,在同一搅拌能下,KR搅拌方式的混匀时间要比喷吹法短。搅拌优势使得KR法比喷吹法的脱硫能力要好,带来的副作用是对耐火材料的侵蚀和铁水温降要大于喷吹法。The stirring power and mixing time measured in hydraulics experimental model of magnesium injection method and KR method were calculated and compared. The results show that the mixing time of KR mixing meth od is shorter than that of injection method at the same level of stirring power. The desulfurization capacity of the hot metal by KR method is better than that by injection method. Meanwhile, the refractory erosion and the temperature drop of hot metal caused by KR method are greater than that caused by injection method for strong mixing.
