摘 要:目的:考察抗敏止痒乳膏中盐酸利多卡因和马来酸氯苯那敏的局部透皮效果。方法:应用简单小室法,以离体大鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,用紫外分光光度法测定体外接受液中盐酸利多卡因和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量,进而计算累积透皮量和透皮率,并与加入氮酮的抗敏止痒乳膏的透皮效果进行了实验性比较。结果:盐酸利多卡因和马来酸氯苯那敏的 8小时累积透皮量与透皮率分别为 (122. 3± 3. 21)μ g/ ml与 (91. 95± 2. 41)%和 (27. 84± 2. 21)μ g/ ml与 (83. 53± 6. 63)%,与加入氮酮的制剂透皮效果比较无差异 (P >0. 05)。结论:抗敏止痒乳膏的局部透皮效果良好。Objective: To investigate local transdermal effect of Lidocaine hydrochloride and chlorobenzoamine maleate in anti- allergic and antipruritic ointment. Method: Isolated rat's skin as transdermal screen,using simple shallroom method to determine the content of Lidocaine hydrochloride and chlorobenzoamine meleate collected solution in vitro by ultraviolet spectrophometry (uv). The accumulated trasdermal quantity and transdermal ratio were calculated. An experimental comparison with added nitrogenone ointment. Result: The accumulated transdermal quantity and transdermal ratio of Lidocaine hydrochloride and chlorobenzoamine maleate were (122.3± 3.21)μ g/ml、 (91.95± 2.41)μ g/ml and (27.84± 2.21)μ g/kg、 (83.53± 6.63)μ g/ml, respectively. There was no significart difference of transdermal effect comparing to with nitrogenone added ointment. Conclusion: Anti- allergic and anti- pruritic ointment has a pefect local transdermal effect.
