MF-2消毒剂与75%乙醇对临床常见细菌繁殖体的消毒效果比较

摘　　要：应用 MF－ 2消毒剂 500倍稀释液和 75％乙醇对临床常见 6种细菌的 5个标准菌株和 20个临床分离菌株，按照卫生部消毒技术规范中定量消毒方法进行杀灭率和杀灭指数试验比较。结果表明 MF－ 2消毒剂 500倍稀释液对全部菌株的杀灭率均高于 99. 9％ ,杀灭指数在 104以上。 75％乙醇的杀灭率基本低于 99. 9％ ,杀灭指数为 103。应用 MF－ 2消毒剂取代 75％乙醇对细菌繁殖体消毒其效果更可靠。By using fixed quantity antiseptic methods according to antiseptic technological specification regulated by Ministry of Public Health, the experiments of kill rate and kill index of MF－ 2 in 1:500 dilution and 75 percent alcohol on five typical strain of six common bacterium and twenty separated that strains in clinical were carried. The results suggested that the kill rate of MF－ 2 in 1:500 dilution on all bacterium strains was more than 99.9 percent, as well as kill index was more than 10000. Otherwise, the kill rate of 75 percent alcohol was lower than 99.9 percent, the kill index was 1000. Instead of 75 percent alcohol, the effect of MF－ 2 for sterilizing bacterium strains in more reliable.
