摘　　要：目的 :探讨头孢曲松钠对急性非复杂性泌尿系感染的临床疗效。方法 :采用前瞻、随机和对照的设计方案 ,符合入选标准的 40例中、重度泌尿系统感染患者纳入本研究。研究组给予头孢曲松钠 1g/d ,对照组给予环丙沙星 0 .4g/d。对比研究在血尿白细胞、细菌清除率、耐药性和临床体征等方面的变化。结果 :研究组的细菌清除率和耐药性均优于对照组 ;对血尿中白细胞的影响以及临床体征的改善等研究组效果明显好于对照组 ,尤其在用药 3d时有显著性差异。结论 :用头孢曲松钠Objective:To study the efficacy of ceftriaxone in treatment of acute non complicated urinary tract infections.Methods:The prospective,randomized,and controlled study was conducted in 40 patients with acute severe urinary tract infections.They were equally allocated to receive once daily 1g ceftriaxone or once daily 0.4g ciprofloxacin.Their blood and urine leucocytes,bacterial eliminating rate,drug resistance,and clinical presentation in both groups were observed.Results:The bacterial eliminating rate and drug resistance of the active group were superior to that of the control group.And the influence on blood and urine leucocyte and improvement in clinical presentations of the active group were better than that of the control group,significant difference in these parameters was observed at the third day of treatment.Conclusion:Ceftriaxone is an effective agent for treatment of acute non complicated urinary tract infections in once daily dose of 1g.
