摘  要:超声电机(简称为USM)是一种有别于传统电机的新型微特电机。其工作原理是利用压电材料的逆压电效应,把超声频段的电信号加到压电材料—金属构成的定子上,使定子表面产生一定轨迹的机械振动,通过与转子间的摩擦作用来驱动转子运动。由于USM特殊的机械结构和工作原理,使得其需要专用的驱动电源,一般需要输出两相正弦高频电压,并且电压幅值、频率或相位差可调。本文根据USM驱动电路输出电压的要求,利用PWM控制技术设计了一种新型的USM驱动电路,并通过buck斩波变换器实现了USM驱动电路输出的电压调节,最后通过电路仿真,输出了两相相位差90°、幅值可调的高频正弦电压,满足USM驱动控制要求。The ultrasonic motor (USM) is a new motor having tiny and special type. Its working principle is to use the inverse piezoelectric effect. The electrical signal of frequency is applied to stator of piezoelectric material and metal, leading the surface of stator having some mechanical motion trajectory, which drives the motion rotation by the friction between the stator and rotor. The special mechanical structure and principle requires a accommodation drive power supply. It outputs two High-frequency sinusoidal voltage, with amplitude, frequency and phase adjusted. Based on the circuit output requirements, this article designs a new driving circuit with control technology of pwm, and it achieves the regulation of voltage through chopper converter. At last, it outputs two High-frequency sinusoidal voltage with the phase difference of 90 degrees and amplitude adjusted through circuit simulation, which meets the requirement of drive control.
