船板钢炼钢各工序生产技术研究

摘　　要：通过对济钢第三炼钢厂采用KR铁水预脱硫处理、120 t BOF副枪终点控制及脱氧合金化、LF造白渣泡沫渣埋弧操作、CCM全程保护浇铸流程生产DH36厚规格(50 mm)高强度船板进行系统分析和研究,明确了各工序关键参数和操作控制要点。Systematical analyses and investigations were made on the production of technology for DH36 high-strength thick ship plate by using the process including KR pre- desulphurizing, 120 t BOF end point control by secondary gun and deoxy alloying, LF white slag treating and submerged arc operation, as well as argon shielding throughout continuous castin. The key parameters and operation control points for each work procedure were made clear.
