摘　　要：随着老龄化进程的发展,我国老年照护服务的需求量呈现出快速、大幅度增加的势头,对老年照护服务质量的要求也随着老年人的文化程度、收入水平和生活品位的不断提高而变化,我国城乡老年照护服务将迎来机遇和挑战共存的时代。本文对我国城市居民的养老服务意愿和不同类型老年人的照护需求进行分析,目前我国缺乏对老年照护人员的统筹规划与管理,缺乏专业的老年照护人员和志愿服务人员,我国应加强职业技能培训,吸引专业性人才,大力发展志愿者服务队伍,向家庭照护者发放补贴和促进老年照护服务产业发展,以此来完善我国的老年照护服务体系。With population aging, the demands for elderly care services in China will have a rapid growm momentum. The requirements for the elderly care services quality will be constantly changing, with the old people＇s cultural level, income and the continuous improvement of life taste. China＇ s urban and rural elder- ly care services will usher in the era of opportunity and challenge coexists. In this paper, the pension servic- es＇ willingness of urban residents and the requirements of different types of the elderly care in China have been analyzed. The problems of the elderly care service staff supply in China also have been analyzed from three aspects. On the basis of these, the strategies for improving the conditions of the elderly care service personnel supply have been put forward.
