摘 要:通过分析竞争情报价值链和构建竞争情报价值链增值模型发现,动态竞争环境下企业竞争情报工作既是一个由情报需求、情报搜集、情报加工、情报形成与情报服务的价值传递过程,也是一个由数据转换为信息、由信息转换为知识、再由知识转换为情报的价值创造过程。企业必须提高驾驭竞争情报价值链的综合能力,协调好企业竞争情报价值链上各个环节的价值增值活动,优化企业竞争情报价值链组织环节与基本功能,实现决策过程与竞争情报各环节的实时互动与无缝对接。Through the analysis for the competitive mtemgence w competitive intelligence value chain model, we can find that in dynamic competitive environment enterprise competitive intelligence work not only is a value delivery process which is intelligence needs, intelligence collect, intelligence formation, intelligence processing and intelligence services, but also is a value creation which contain converting data into information, converting the information into knowledge, converting knowledge into intelligence. The enterprise must improve the comprehensive control ability of competitive intelligence value chain, coordinating the value activities of the aspects on enterprise competitive intelligence value chain, optimizating organization process and basic functions of enterprise competitive intelligence value chain, achieving the real-time interaction and seamless docking of the decision-making process and in every link of competitive intelligence.
