摘　　要：决策过程就是信息再生的过程。危机决策有理性评估、感性认知、组织过程和官僚主义等模式,有直觉性、命令性和简洁性等特点。危机决策中的信息再生有即兴型和直觉型两种模式。即兴型包括情境描述、认知地图构建、刺激点匹配、匹配实施等过程,直觉型包括图式定位、背景选择、关联匹配和知识内化等过程。Decision-making is the process of information regeneration. Crisis decision-making includes rational assessment, perceptual awareness, organizational processes and bureaucracy models, there are intuitive, command and simplicity so on. Crisis decision-making in information-based regeneration improvisation and intuition-based modes. Type of situation described, including improvisation, cognitive map building, stimulating point matching, matching the implementation of such processes, including schematic Intuitive positioning, background selection, matching, and knowledge associated with internalization and other processes.
