摘 要:对不添加Ni、Cr、Mo等贵重合金元素,以Mn、B为主加元素的低合金Mn系铸钢进行了实验室研究.试验铸钢采用中频感应炉熔炼后浇注成标准Y型试块,采用不同热处理方式处理后,对其力学性能及显微组织进行分析.淬透性实验表明,低合金Mn系铸钢具有良好的淬透性,采用水冷+回火后,试验钢的抗拉强度达到1 020~1 040MPa,V型缺口低温冲击韧性(-40℃)达到35~46 J,优于其空冷+回火的强韧性.研究结果表明,低合金Mn系铸钢在水冷回火的热处理方式下具有良好的强韧性匹配.The low-alloyed Mn-series cast steel with Mn, B and without addition of expensive alloy, such as Ni, Cr and Mo was studied in lab. The experimental cast steel was melted in the medium-frequency induction furnace melting and poured into standard Y-type cast sample. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the experimental cast steel after different heat treatment were analyzed. The hardenability tests show that low alloy Mn-series cast steel has better hardenability than 30CrNiMo cast steel, which is favorable for large scale products. The tensile strength of experimental cast steel reached 1 020-1 040 MPa, and V-notch impact toughness at low temperature (-40 ℃) reached 35-46 J, after water-cooling and tempering, which is better than that after air-cooling and tempering. The studies show that low-alloy Mn-serial cast steel under water-cooling and tempering heat treatment has good combination of strength and toughness.
