摘 要:针对电子对抗(ECM)装备技术特点和保障决策现状,设计了一种基于模糊层次分析(FAHP)的多Agent ECM装备状态智能评判方法。分析装备服役状态的影响因素,并构建影响因素层次指标体系;通过模糊德尔菲法构建FAHP三角模糊数互补判断矩阵,计算各因素模糊权重;进而依据可能度模型,以一种基于三角模糊数权重向量的排序方法对其服役状态进行模糊综合评判。在此基础上构建了基于多Agent的状态智能评判系统,给出其系统结构、工作流程和实现技术。研究方法克服了传统保障决策模型对装备运行历史数据的严重依赖,为制订装备保障计划提供一种新思路。A multi-agent intelligent decision support system based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP)for service status of ECM equipment is proposed according to the technical features and the support decision situation of electronic countermeasures(ECM) equipment. A hierarchical structure model of criteria system is established based on the analysis of the influencing factors of ECM equipment service status. A triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix is made up by the fuzzy Delphi to calculate the weight vector of each criterion. Thus, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of service status could be made using a sorting method based on the weight vector of triangular fuzzy number in terms of possibility degree model. Finally, an intelligent decision support system using multi-agent is built, and the system structure, work flow and implementation techniques are presented. The research method can overcome the dependence of the traditional support decision models on equipment operating data, and provide a new idea for plan-making of the equipment support.
