超声引导下选择性应用聚桂醇和平阳霉素硬化治疗静脉畸形15例

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声引导下选择性应用聚桂醇和平阳霉素硬化治疗静脉畸形的效果.方法：根据15例静脉畸形患者的病灶情况,在实时超声引导下选择性缓慢推注聚桂醇和平阳霉素.并应用超声、MRI、数字减影血管造影等影像学检查观察其疗效,未达治愈的患者重复治疗直至治愈,术后随访半年至2年.结果：所有患者治疗1～5次后治愈.其中3例（20.0％）患者术后半个月出现表皮溃烂,经换药、清创缝合后治愈;5例（33.3％）出现轻微的皮肤色素沉着;患者均无栓塞、神经麻痹等严重并发症.结论：超声引导下选择性应用聚桂醇和平阳霉素硬化治疗静脉畸形是一种准确、疗效高、并发症少的治疗方法.Objective：To investigate the clinical application value of lauromacrogol and pingyangmycin guided by ultrasound in the treatment of venous malformation. Methods：Fifteen patients with venous malformations were slowly injected with lauromacrogol and pingyangmyein guided by ultrasound. The effects were observed by ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging and digital subtraction angiography. The patients with poor effects were cured by repeated treatment. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. Results：All patients were cured by 1 to 5 times treatment. Three patients （20%） appeared skin fester in half of month after operation, and were cured by debridement and suturing. Five patients（33.3% ） appeared mild skin pigmentation ,embolism and nerve palsy were not found in all patients. Conclusions ： Lauromacrogol and pingyangmycin guided by ultrasound for treating venous malformation are good effects,few complication and right means.
