摘  要:梨6-6HF井是金山区块部署的第1口评价水平井,参考井较少且远,气藏埋深不确定性较大,与钻井施工相配套的钻井液技术尚处于探索阶段。该井上部地层夹杂大量泥岩,存在严重剥蚀、垮塌井段,易引起井塌掉块、卡钻、泥包钻头等复杂情况;水平段较长,对钻井液的携岩携砂和润滑性能要求较高。针对不同井段的实际情况,采用不同的钻井液体系与工艺技术,并制定了相应的性能维护措施,顺利完成了钻井施工任务。现场实践表明,钻井过程中钻井液性能稳定,具有较强的抑制性能、防塌性能、携岩携砂性能和润滑性能,可以满足梨6-6HF井的施工要求,为今后金山区块进行勘探开发提供了宝贵经验和技术支持。Well Li 6-6HF was the first horizontal evaluation well in Jinshan Block,there were only a few reference wells,and it was far distance among these wells and buried depth of gas reservoirs was uncertain,the technologies of the drilling fluid matched with drilling operation were still at the exploring stage.There were large number of mudstones in the upper section,there existed problems of denudation and formation collapse,and collapsibility,drill-pipe stuck and bit balling were easily induced.Because horizontal section was very long,the capacities of cutting and sand carrying of the drilling fluid and its lubricity were highly required.In consideration of the actual situation of different sections,different drilling fluids and different techniques were used and relevant measures were developed to maintain the performance for smooth drilling operations.Field application shows that the properties of drilling fluid are stable with higher inhibition,collapse resistance,cutting and sand carrying ability and good lubrication,it can meet the needs of field operation in Well Li 6-6HF.It provides valuable experiences and technical support for natural gas exploration and development in Jinshan Block in the future.
