摘　　要：马克思主义充满着现代理性,中国特色社会主义理论体系是一个逐渐充实了现代理性的不断发展着的理论体系。从"理性"的源头讲,理性不仅仅指人的理性,它首先是指宇宙万物的本性、法则、秩序等,即客观理性。市场经济在本质上是一种理性经济。十八届三中全会提出"使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好发挥政府作用",论证了正确处理政府和市场的关系问题,这是对中国特色社会主义理论体系在既有方向上的深化。Marxism is full of modern rationality, and The System of Theories of Socialism with Chinese Characteris-tics must be a system of theories that is modern rationality enriched gradually and evolved continuously. From the source of“rationality”, it can be understood that rationality refers to objective rationality that means nature, laws and orders of universe firstly, more than human rationality. In its essence, market economy is a rational economy. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the theory of“exerting the decisive role of the market in resource allocation and the better role of government”, and demonstrated the problem of correctly handling relationship between government and market. Therefore, there is no doubt that The System of Theories of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is deepened in its direction already existing at the session.
