龙虎三宝丹对荷瘤小鼠免疫细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察龙虎三宝丹对荷瘤小鼠免疫细胞的影响。方法 :对荷S180、EAC的NIH小鼠和荷Lewis肺癌的C5 7/BL系小鼠 ,分别给以龙虎三宝丹和生理盐水灌胃。观察尾静脉血WBC、ANAE+ 细胞 ;瘤龄 10d时用MTT法观察淋转刺激指数和自然杀伤 (NK)细胞活性。结果 :与对照组相比 ,实验组WBC明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ;ANAE+ 细胞数量及绝对计数明显提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;淋转率和NK细胞活性明显提高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :龙虎三宝丹对荷瘤小鼠的WBC及ANAE+ 、淋转、NK等免疫细胞有较好的调节作用。为临床应用抗癌中药提供了重要依据。Objective:To observe the effect of Longhu Sanbodan on the immunocyte of loading tumor mice and clarify the partial mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine anticancer.Methods:Longhu Sanbaodan and NS were respectively fed them,which were respectively loaded S180,EAC on NIH mice and Lewis Lung Cancer on C57/BL mice.Then observed the count of WBC and ANAE + cell in tail vein blood.When tumor aged ten days,observed the lymphocyte stimulating transform index and NK cell activation by MTT method.Results:Compared with the control group,the count of WBC has gone up obviously(P< 0.01 ).The amount and absolute count of ANAE + cell were increased(P< 0.05 ),and lymphocyte transform stimulating index and NK cell activation were improved(P< 0.05 ).Conclusion:Longhu Sanbaodan can regulate fairly the count of WBC and ANAE + cell of Loading tumor mice,and other immunocyte such as of lymphocyte transformation,NK cell and so on,which provided the important basis of traditional Chinese medicine anticancer for clinical practice.
