摘　　要：目的　探讨先天性心脏病单心室的超声心动图表现。方法　经超声心动图诊断为单心室的患儿 9例 ,并与手术或心血管造影对比。结果　超声心动图诊断为左室型单心室 5例、右室型 1例、中间型 3例 ,其对单心室的诊断及分型与手术或心血管照影相符。结论　超声心动图检查对单心室的诊断及分型可靠 。Objective To explore echocardiogram image of single venticle(SV) in congenital heart disease(CHD),so as to make an accurate diagnosis.Methods SV diagnosed by echocardiogram were in 9 children and the result were confirmed by operation or angiocardiography.Results Diagnosed by echocardiogram, left ventricle type SV were in 5,right ventricle type in 1 and middle type in 3.All results were accordant to that operation or angiocardiography.Conclusion The diagnosis and type of SV were reliable with echocardiogram, which can be used as first choice.
