摘 要:建立了芳香整理织物中丁香酚的气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)分析方法。样品经甲醇超声萃取、浓缩、定容后,用DB-5MS柱分离,选择离子(SIM)模式下定量检测。在优化的试验条件下,线性范围为0.01~100μg/mL,相关系数为0.9991,定量下限为0.03mg/kg,加标回收率在89.7%~92.3%,相对标准偏差小于4.7%。该方法灵敏度高、操作简单,可用于芳香织物中芳香剂丁香酚含量的快速检测。A method is developed for the determination of eugenol in fragrant fabrics by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Textiles are ultrasonically extracted with methanol as an extractor. The extraction solution is concentrated and blown dry, and then redissolved in extraction solvent. The separation is done on an HP-SMS column, and determination is carried out with selected ion monitoring( SIM ), Under the optimum conditions, the calibration curves are linear in the range of 0.01- 100 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.999 1. The method detection limit is 0.03 mg/kg. The spiked recoveries are between 89.7%-92.3% with the relative standard deviation no more than 4.7%. The proposed method is sensitive and rapid, and is suitable for the determination of eugenol in fragrant fabrics.
