乡村公共空间:作为合作社发展的意外后果

摘　　要：农民专业合作社作为以专业性为特征的经济组织,在具体实践中却表现出地方化与边界模糊化的特征。基于此特征的合作社发展历程在客观上使社区内生成了新的公共空间,并提供了公共空间得以维系的条件。但构建社区公共空间并非合作社代理人的初衷,而是合作社发展隐性功能的体现,是作为合作社发展的意外后果而呈现的。合作社在实现经济功能的同时,它所体现的社会功能、文化功能满足了人们交往、休闲、参与社区公共生活的需求,从这个意义上来讲,合作社对乡村社会的整合具有正向促进作用,合作社可能成为乡村社会整合的一种实践性策略。Farmers＇specialized cooperatives,as specialized economic organizations,are found to be marked bylocalization and blurred boundaries in practice. Thus the development of the cooperative thus characterizedobjectively creates a new community public space and provides a necessary basis for its sustainment. But thecreation of public space is not the original intention of the cooperative brokers;it is one of latent functions of thecooperative as its unintended consequences. Besides its economic function,the cooperative also presents socialand cultural functions which satisfy the villagers＇needs of communication,leisure and the engagement in publiclife. In this sense,farmers＇cooperative promotes the integration of rural society,and thus farmers＇cooperative maybecome a practical strategy for rural social integration.
