摘 要:选用柳林焦煤、韩城贫煤或潞安贫煤、滕南1/3焦煤、兖矿气煤、肥矿气肥煤,依据捣固炼焦机理、煤岩配煤技术,进行贫煤代替瘦煤的炼焦配煤试验,总结出"焦煤、贫煤、气肥煤、气煤、1/3焦煤"的配煤方案。工业试验结果表明,所生产出的焦炭完全能够满足大型钢铁公司对焦炭冷态强度(Ad≤12.50%,St,d≤0.75%,Vdaf≤1.5%,M25>90%,M10<6.5%)和热态强度(CRI<27%,CSR>65%)的需求。For the coal blending experiment in accordance with the stamp charged coking mechanism and coal petrography blending technology,3 programs were worked out to substitute lean coal by meager coal,and the coals selected for the test were as follows:Liulin prime coking coal,Hancheng meagre coal or Lu'an meagre coal,Tengnan one third coking coal,Yancon gas coal and Feicon gas-fat coal.The blending scheme of "coking coal,meager coal,gas-fat coal,gas coal,1/3 coking coal" was finalized and the commercial test result showed that the coke thus produced could meet the cold strength requirement (A d ≤ 12.50%,St,d ≤ 0.75%,Vdaf≤ 1.5%,M25〉90%,M10〈6.5%) and hot strength requirement (CRI〈27%,CSR〉65%) of large iron and steel companies,gaining considerable economic benefit.
