摘  要:为研究宫颈粘液中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)同工酶在月经周期及早孕期间的变化规律。分别对正常月经周期期间和早孕妇女宫颈粘液标本 6 0个和 40个 ,采用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分离LDH ,以乳酸为底物的酶显色反应后 ,5 70nm处对电泳区带进行扫描 ,计算出各组分的百分含量。结果 :M -LDH在整个月经周期中约 17天出现高峰、而H -LDH在整个月经周期中约 11天出现高峰。在月经周期中M -LDH及早孕 35 - 71天M -LDH的平均值分别为 5 7.5 7± 6 .5 8%和 49.14± 7.47% ,两者差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;月经周期中H -LDH及早孕 35 - 71天H -LDH的平均值分别为 18.0 6± 3 .40 %和 2 1.6 5± 4.6 3 % ,两者差异也有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :确定宫颈粘液中LDH同工酶在月经周期及早孕期间的变化规律性及其差异 ,将对受孕、胚胎植入、胚胎发育等方面具有一定意义。To study the changes in LDH isozyme pattern in human cervical mucus during menstruation and early pregnancy.The LDH isoyzme in cervical mucus of 60 women during menstruation and 40 women during early pregnancy were divided by agarose electrophoresis,and then colored .The colored zones were measured by scanning at 570nm.Restult:M-LDH appeared the highest percentage content at 17 days,H-LDH appeared the highest percentage content at 11days during menstruation.The average level of M-LDH content was 57.57%±6.58% during menstruation,that of M-LDH content was 49.14%±7.47% during early pregnancy (from 35 days to 71 days),there were significant difference between them(P<0.01).The average level of H-LDH content was 18.06%±3.40% during menstruation,that of H-LDH content was 21.65%±4.63% during early pregnancy (from 35 dyas to 71 days),the also showed significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:Definited the changes and differences in LDH isozyme pattern in human cervical mucus during menstruation and early pregnancy.There will be significant to find their effects in conception, embryo implantation and embryo development.
