摘　　要：在公安边防部队遂行的多样化任务中，边境捕歼战斗、边境突发事件、边境反恐活动、边境封控行动等一系列对抗性较强的多样化任务，不可避免的会涉及到武器的使用。介绍了公安边防部队遂行多样化任务中武器使用的法律规范，分析发现，目前我国公安边防部队遂行多样化任务中武器使用的法律规范缺乏总体规划，协调性、可操作性不强。为此，探讨了公安边防部队遂行多样化任务中武器使用的法律完善。In border police forces＇ diverse tasks implementation, a series of antagonism activities such as capturing and annihilating, handling of border emergency, counterterrorism, blocking and control, would inevitably involve the usage of weapons. At present, the general plan of laws and legislations about the usage of weapons in border police forces＇ diverse tasks implementation has imperfections, coordination of laws is far from perfect, some is not practi- cal, and therefore, the researcher put forward some proposed countermeasures.
