摘　　要：根据绕线式交流异步电动机不同起动方式的技术特点，从中筛选出适合的一种（液态变阻器的起动方式）应用于设备技术改造。介绍了DYQ3液态变阻软起动器的起动机理及实际使用情况，明确了该起动器使用维护要点。According to the winding type AC asynchronous motor starting characteristics of different mode, a suitable one（starting liquid heostat） was selected to being used in the technological transformation of equipment. The starting mechanism and practical use of DYQ3 liquid resistance soft starter were introduced, as well as the maintenance of the starter.
